Wellbeing Coaching, Surf and Yoga Retreat
Yes, you can have it all! Alina and Lanzasurf teamed up to offer you an unique retreat, filled with fun, relaxation and stress & anxiety release! You will have wellbeing coaching workshops for stress and anxiety release, surf lessons and yoga with highly certified coaches. A perfectly packed week in a beautiful warm place, to help you self-care, gain new energy and prepare for the winter.
When: the week of 12 to 19th November 2017.
Where: Canary Islands, Lanzarote, Famara Beach.
Weather: between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius, sea temperature: 21 degrees.
SURF HOUSE ACCOMMODATION
Share these experiences and meet new like-minded people. Our guests will be accommodated in our Surf Houses, which are reserved to our students. They are located really close to the beach and close to all amenities in the village (bars, restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores …). You can enjoy all of these with your new housemates and perfect your sun tan in the dunes right after surfing.
Meals not included.
Each Surf House has a fully-equipped communal kitchen where you can cook your meals, bathroom, living room with chill-out area, interior patio and little terrace.
You can decide between a dorm room (shared with a maximum of 4 guests) or a private or twin room.
Bed sheets are provided, you just need to bring your own towels.
What is included in the retreat:
5 DAYS SURF COURSE
Based on 4 hours of theoretical & practical surf lessons per day, our teaching system is unique in Europe, enabling you to quickly learn and improve in a relaxed, chilled and professional atmosphere.
You don’t need to be an elite athlete or even know how to swim. Our certified instructors will make you progress in a safety and fun way.
The course is for all levels, from complete beginner to intermediate levels.
Groups are split by level.
Classes are held in small groups to provide individual coaching to each student.
All equipment, snack, photos, insurance and certificate are provided free of charge.
STRESS & ANXIETY WORKSHOP (with Alina Apopei)
We will meet each day, from Monday to Friday in small groups, for an hour.
During your time with us, you will learn to:
-Learn to use breathing, imagery, mindfulness and taping to help you relax more to allow your body to regenerate and strengthen: healthy mind in healthy body!
-Explore and practice several stress and anxiety release and management techniques.
-Reflect on what needs to be done to create more balance and inner peace.
-Techniques used: counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Mindfulness and Tapping (emotional freedom technique)

Yoga classes include elements of Kundalini, Hatha, Vinysasa etc. and the content of the class varies every day.
Classes are for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced. They are designed to complement the practice of surfing, with breathing exercises, stretching, working on core strength especially back, shoulders and abdominals, concentration and meditation.
Our yoga teachers are qualified and have been teaching for many years.
